Invoice generator

An invoice generator that starts from your paperwork

Most online bill makers give you an empty form. Zemofin reads the document you already have — a supplier bill, a receipt, a handwritten pad page — and turns it into an invoice you can issue, print, or send as a PDF with a payment link attached.

The empty-form problem

Free invoice generators are plentiful and mostly identical: a blank template, a logo slot, a tax dropdown and a download button. They solve the last ten percent of the job. The other ninety percent is the typing — copying line items off a supplier bill, re-keying rates from a quotation, matching one payment against three open invoices.

Zemofin starts one step earlier. Extraction and issuance live in the same product, so the table read out of a photographed bill becomes the line items of your invoice without a round trip through a spreadsheet. Cells the model was unsure about are flagged before the document is issued, not after a client queries it.

What you get

Invoices, bills and receipts in one place

Three document types that know about each other. A receipt records what settled which invoice; a bill records what you owe a supplier. Every issued document is versioned rather than overwritten.

Your currency, your tax lines

Pick the currency and define the tax fields your jurisdiction actually uses — VAT, sales tax, GST, withholding or a municipal levy — per line or per document.

Payment link and QR

Share a public pay link so a client settles without hunting for an attachment, or print a payment QR onto the document where your provider supports it.

Recurring invoices and reminders

Retainer clients get their next draft generated on schedule. Overdue invoices get polite, logged reminder emails so you are not the one chasing.

One-click paid → receipt

Marking an invoice paid produces the matching receipt automatically and links the two, so your statement of account reconciles without manual matching.

Print-ready and PDF email

A true page preview with no stray blank pages, plus send-as-PDF straight from the document. Statements export to CSV and XLSX.

Paperwork does not arrive in one language

A supplier note in Arabic, a market receipt in Thai, a bilingual delivery challan, a scrawl that mixes two scripts on one line — the extraction step reads the page as it is, then you can translate the finished table to English without touching the figures.

What belongs on an invoice

Requirements vary by country; this is the common core. Zemofin has a field for each of these — the responsibility for the values is yours.

  • Your business name, address and tax registration number
  • A sequential invoice number and the date of issue
  • Client name, address and tax number where they are registered
  • Description, quantity, unit, rate and taxable value per line
  • A product or service classification code if your tax authority requires one
  • Tax rate and tax amount, split the way your supply requires
  • Place of supply, and any reverse-charge or zero-rating note
  • Total in figures, payment terms, and a signature where expected

Zemofin formats and prints the document. It does not file returns, validate a tax number against a government register, or give tax advice — review each document before you issue it.

Frequently asked questions

Is the invoice generator free?

Yes. The free tier includes a monthly quota of invoices, bills and receipts. Paid plans raise those quotas and unlock print preview, part payments and read-only accountant access.

Which currencies and tax systems does it support?

You choose the currency and define your own tax lines, so VAT, GST, sales tax, withholding or a local levy all work. Zemofin lays out and prints the document — it does not file returns or give tax advice.

Which languages can it read?

Extraction is language-agnostic. Latin, Cyrillic, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai and Indic scripts all extract, and a one-click step translates a finished table into English while leaving the numbers untouched.

Can customers pay from the invoice?

You can share a public pay link instead of attaching a PDF, and add a payment QR code to the document where your payment method supports one.

Can I invoice the same client every month automatically?

Yes. Recurring invoices generate the next draft on a schedule, and automated reminders chase unpaid invoices with a logged audit trail.

Can I generate an invoice from a bill I received?

That is the point of the product. Upload a supplier bill or receipt, let the extraction pipeline read the line items, then turn the extracted table into an invoice instead of retyping it.
